Both of Vitali's TKOs came in the corner. The Byrd fight he asked for it since the injury was making things worst for him and the Lewis TKO was from the doctor since the cut was too much.

He was never TKO'd as in beaten till they had to stop it or throw the towel in the ring.

All of Mike Tyson's losses were by KO. (I think the DQ counts as a TKO, someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

Nope a DQ counts as a loss. A TKO and a DQ are two entirely seperate things. Except both count as a loss.

Vitali hasn't been KO'ed before and his TKO's is him quitting on his stool, and cuts. So it's not like he's ever been beaten up before and the ref had to stop the fight.

Vitali remained on his stool because of a torn rotator cuff. A legitimate injury that can be career ending. Far too much was made of it. NOTE he was handing Chris his ass prior to that. The only fight where Vitali was beaten up was vs LL where he sustained one of the worst cuts iv ever seen which was made even worse by his cutman. Ironically Vitali was up on points and absorbed some hellacious shots. LL should have rematched him like he promised, but instead he reneged and chose to retire. ***** move.
