Can anybody name me 1 fighter that can beat Clottey in this era impressively?

but how exactly was mayweather's victory over sharmba mitchell not impressive? because you feel the ref stopped the fight early? how is that mayweather's fault?

 

That was the first fighter that came to my mind as well.

 

It's hard to argue with the Paul Williams answer, but I just am never really impressed with him. He has the stamina of a race horse and throws a millions punches per round but his fights are always boring. He is a good solid fighter just hard to think Clottey wouldn't think of that over hand right Quintana found. And Mayweather would never get in the ring with a fighter like Clottey, and Shane is proving now that he isn't as confident in his ability against Clottey as some of you are by not answering Clottey's call. I think Clottey is a tough match-up for anyone in the division now. Solid chin, tough as nails, and a solid puncher with good defense... And whoever mentioned Pac is smoking somthing. He would never agree to fight a guy Clottey's size with a chin like his. There wouldn't be this illusion that Pac was going to KO a full size welter like there is with Cotto, since Clottey has never shown to be as vulnerable as Cotto has in the past.

 

Mayweather, too much skill and speed.
