The HBO execs hated that the fights were on ppv because it narrowed the boxing audience. Second, how on earth can you talk about Floyd fighting N'Dou, Corley and Bruseles when we are comparing both guys ppv's not what both were doing from 2003 to 2008 lol... Pac was never pfp the best when Floyd was fighting. PAc was not driving anything:lol:.

Barrera II and Morales III were fights we didn't even need to see. Floyd was fighting on HBO and being seen more than PAc was by mainstream America,lol...and PAc was fighting in ppv fights lol which means mainstream America didn't care about PAc's ppv's until he fought Dkh and Hatton. Pac was fighting the big 3, and outside of that he fought bums before that, and in between. Pac started to pick up steam after he beat Dlh. He went from fighting the big 3 to fighting Diaz instead of Nate Campbell in a ppv fight which totally bombed!!!!! Pac won';t be the face of anything until he beats Floyd!

You mean the 24/7 series that was golden boy promotions idea, along with hbo, that decided to invent? 24/7 is Oscar's baby not floyd's.....and what do you know? Marquez is a GBP fighter....equals major 24/7 coverage, once again floyd has jack to do with it, smarty pants...

corrales and castillo are great wins for floyd, but manny's prime barrera win dwarfs both........when manny even took the fight on short notice, and hbo still put invested money into it....

BULL****, Tszyu was next in-line as who floyd wanted to fight after tszyu beats hatton.....and cotto? cotto asked for floyd for a year at 147, but floyd after he made his money off of oscar, hatton, and the schafer of golden boy prmotions, took his ball and went home...

Is that why nobody gives a **** when Pac, Cotto and Margarito are doing 24/7's but when Floyd does them they are winning emmy's?

    Floyd MADE 24/7.

Please. Barrera already had years of miles on him. Floyd beat Castillo and Corrales when htey were considered the best in their divisions.

Talking before when Tszyu was still somewhat prime.

Cotto never called out Floyd. "Talk to my company" :rofl

Explain to me why little floyd wanted to due marquez fight orginally on regular HBO and HBO told him no we want PPV? I'm comparing who the Corporate Fat Cats that drive business in the world decided to invest time and mone in, and it wasnt floyd mayweather, it was manny pacquaio....and like i said floyd was fighting b-listers in half full arenas half his carear....floyd is known in boxing circles, but has no crossover appeal say as a oscar, tyson, hatton, leonard......he tryed to do wwe, and dancing with the stars and crashed and burned......oscar is well oscar de la hoya.....hatton sells out 50,000 seat stadiums outdoors, while floyd couldnt sell out the thomas and mack center and the mgm grand most of his carear.....tyson has become a pop culture icon.....manny pacquiao has become a leading political figure in his native country and voted one of the most influential sports athletes by time magazine....

Where the **** is floyd mayweather, he ain't driving **** in boxing, never was and never wil be....

You're a liar lol. 24/7 WAS Floyd's idea. Second, Barrera was not prime when he fought Pac. Third, the Morales I and JMM fights I and II are the only fights equal to Floyd beating Chico and Castillo. Cotto asked for a fight with Floyd at 147? When was this liar?:huh Floyd asked Cotto for a fight at 140, and was told Cotto wasn't ready. Stop with the foolish lies lol...

Hatton fills arenas in ****ing Britain. No respectable American would buy **** to see him fight. Hatton is popular in the UK because he's white, loves soccer and beer, and they dont got many ****ing champions. If Floyd was the only good boxer in America, he would have been selling out his whole career clown. Same with Pac. Filipinos dont got any big sports stars, of course they are gonna latch on to Pac.

Floyd does numbers where it matters most. PPV sales, and Pac and Hatton cant touch him.

Go on clown. Argue who does better PPV numbers.

Floyd didnt make ****, it was a golden boy promotions idea to create 24/7......margarito and cotto never had a 24/7.....why did the rating for mayweather/hatton go down after oscar was out of the picture?

I for one have always said that i thought floyd beat castillo in their first meeting, but a lot of the experts seem to disagree, the pacquiao win over barrera in their first meeting is better, he took it on short notice and destroyed barrera, who would go on to beat morales...

Instead of fighting tszyu he decided to fight a shot war-torn gatti at 140?

With the exception of Bruseles and Gatti since 1998, Floyd has been facing stiff comp on the regular with and without ppv, and became pfp the best while PAc was on ppv's being invested in by HBO...and when Pac fought, it was against Mexican icons who drew those big audiences PAc was a part of. Floyd and Pac on ppv did good numbers, but when they both faced Pac and Hatton, their ppv numbers soared. Why???

I don't care who the fatcats at HBO invested in...Floyd still got exposure, and then left Arum to pursue bigger ppv fights, and once he got there(the big time), he shitted on Pac's ppv's by a land slide. **** Pac being a political figure, and fuk Time mag lol... I read the issue, you know who else made the list in time lol... People are just starting to know Emmnuel Dapidran. Boxing knows Floyd. They even see him argue with Kenny on ESPN lol...

Here is a simple question that will settle this little dispute.

If you took all the fighters from 135 to 154, and ask them who they would want to fight against the most, who would they pick?

bull**** 24/7 was invented by schafer and oscar of golden boy promotions, floyd claims he made 24/7, which is some of just his bravado.....he doesnt in those silly commercials...you believe that spin?

BULL****, Barrera was the recognized "man" at 126 at the time.....morales decide to exercize hes right to a trilogy not pacman....and by most experts the pac-marquez fights, barrera fights, and morales fights are all party of boxing history....along with the fight amonst themselves?

Once again where the **** is floyd mayweather in the picture? is he in the driver seat? **** no...

In '07 Arum was pushing for a Cotto/mayweather fight, especially after floyd beat up on a 140 fighter at 147, decided to say I'm retiring instead of facing true WW

Now you're getting desperate lol... First it is the experts even though you say Floyd won, then PAc takes on Barrera on short notice, and then Floyd goes after Gatti and not Tszyu lol... You're desperate lol... Floyd is undefeated while your hero lost 3 fights and got knocked out twice in 3 rounds. You probably didn't even see his two early losses:lol:. Pac ain't the face of boxing here in America-he has to beat Floyd. Pac won't even fight black fighters. Guzman, Bradley, Cambpell and Shane were skipped over by that chump lol... You must be Pac's P.R guy lol...
