There probably goes Arreola's chances of winning against Vitali, that will be way too much weight lost too soon. It's going to hinder Arreola.

 

His weight is moot. Vitali will beat his ass cause the Nip uses his face to block punches.

 

Yeah second that. I mean I like Vitali so I don't know the guy, but in Arreola's case it won't be an excuse after the fact.

The recent video from the press conference was featured on this website. He looked about 260 in the video so it seems the undiclosed source of this article is wrong.

 

The catch 22 is that if he manages to burn off a bunch of weight in the next 2 months, he will lose a ton of strength in the process. He has two choices: (1) keep his weight up and retain his strength knowing he will be gassed in no time flat; or (2) crash diet and lose a ton of muscle mass and come in with no money punch (a la Jones Tarver I). Either way he's screwed because I don't see him scoring a flash ko of Vitali in the first 3 rounds.
