Roy Jones Jr. vs. Danny Green

i'm an aussie fan, thus meaning i'm a green fan i suppose. i don't care if he does embarass him, as long as it looks like green can tag jones a bit, then there will be a degree of optimism while watching the fight.

 

Guys, jog my memory...has Danny ever been cut? not a nick, but opened up?

 

I watched all bar one of his fights a few months ago, but nothing seems to stand out in my memory. Someone whos followed him more closely than me can hopefully help.

Hmmm...I remember a lot of bloodied noses but a cut doesnt stick out.

Not that I can recall - nothing major like a split eye or anything, just the usual cottonbud up a bloody nose type stuff :yep

 

Have seen all of his fights and cant recall seeing a cut.
I asked the same question months back.

He looked to have a broken nose after fighting the Argo.
Funny cause it didn't bleed.
Did anyone else notice this?

 

You sure about that boco? From memory I'm missing one in my collection and there was also another that was never televised.

I left him at the sports bar in Burswood and proceeded to win $150 on a pokie machine took off and listened to the last quarter on the radio....

It did, very soothing....do you know where I can get a cheap mobile phone, mine seemed to have fallen out of my pocket and landed halfway up the loungeroom wall...

 

I really hope Danny and Roy put their friendship aside when it comes to fight time coz I would love to see this fight end in a KO (either way). I dont want a repeat of Mundine-Green, coz if it goes the distance thats what it'll end up being.

Maybe Green can call Tarver, JC and Johnson for a few pointers.

 

He was cut bad aginst Mundine.....not on the skin but a deep down type of cut
