Lamon "The Lemon" Brewster is washed up............... His desire has gone into the crapper since his loss to Liakhovich in 2006............. Liakhovich's career is swimming right next to Brewster in the same crapper, as well.......

Golota would beat Brewster if they fought again, and again and again. Nevertheless, **** happens.

Chambers is the best US HW right now.
Brewster looked bad in the Wlad rematch, but keep in mind he didn't train much for that fight. He couldn't prepare himself properly for the fight, because of his injuries. He took that rematch because he was broke, simple as that. He was also injured in his Lyakhovich loss, and also in his war with Krasniqui, where he got outboxed but where he proved to be the tougher man in the end. The man is a warrior, he's stepping in the ring no matter what.
But things seemed to get better, Lamon was healthy and motivated again, he got a new promoter, got a couple decent wins under his belt but lost his last one... after this last setback, I don't believe he can get back to the very top again, let alone have a grudge match with Wlad.

C'mon be fair now, if ref Byrd helped somebody in that fight then it was Wlad. It's not often you see a ref helping a fighter to his feet.

It's simple: Wlad outpunched himself, he gassed, couldn't finish the tough Brewtser, he got caught himself and couldn't take the punches.

That doesn't mean that Brewster is a better or greater fighter than Wlad, but hey, it is what it is. He won that fight, plain and simple.

as long as he avoids a 2005 version of sergei lyakovich right? brewster was tough and had some pop and thus was dangerous. but he got overhyped mainly because wlad collapsed from beating him too badly. that was at his peak. now, he's a little past that (or more) so that makes him about b - level
