Pacquiao does hold true to his name "the Truth"... he makes opponents realize the truth that retirement is their best option...

    This is one silly thread.

    Hatton
Morales(he wasn't exactly shot, if he was shot he wouldn't have made it in the first fight and was going to get KO'd early. Third fight he was shot, sure but first two I don't think so and he's an all-time favorite of mine)
    Marquez
    Ledwaba
    Hussein
    Barrera
    Solis
    Fahsan

DLH was past it for sure but for a guy who's past it to get all the advantages Oscar got is a dream come true. Pacquiao's style is what made DLH look the way he did and LOST. DLH wasn't really totally out of it, he was lost due to Pac's constant movement and Pacquiao's power shocked him too. DLH didn't continue charging in after the first clean shot Pacquiao landed, it stunned him and slightly buckled him so he was more cautious/lost from there. For a past prime fighter to get all these advantages should make things even.

Cotto is making that list soon as well. Mayweather/Marquez winner being a huge possibility if he wins the Cotto fights.

Pacquiao's resume is gold. A fighter who doesn't beat prime fighters wouldn't be #1 P4P. If that's the case then Valuev would be P4P#1, only difference Valuev needs robberies against everyone.

This is very true...I completly agree. :good

I think Cotto is still in his prime....But that wont be a name to add..... Thats gauranteed. Wow not much there at all....Hatton was an impressive K.O but clearly not prime...Lazcano made him look silly at times and Collazo schooled him....True facts. :deal

there is no way of saying clearly one fighter beat the other in his prime. this cant be measured for there is no quantifiable base. its clearly a matter of opinion a hypothesis that needs to be reassessed again and again. but then as you would notice much would disagree with it not because they are *******s but because they based there judgement on more reliable facts. such as his six titles in six weight class. now thats a telling fact.

Roberto duran is one of the greatest because he was plane and simple great. would you rank him lower than he is already forseen now for remember he clearly quit in the second fight with SRL which until today no one is exactly sure why. but then after that he had great fights such as with moore.
there are so many ways to discredit a fighter for it is the easiest to do and its hard to swollow the the truth most especially if you dont like the fighter..
