Maybe your claim is true. But now since Pacman performed better against the common opponents might have changed the preference of the paying fans. That explains the ticket sales difference involving Pacman and Mayweather!:think

If this is real talk then maybe you are just a "harsh critic" of a boxer you do like. But you do come off like you really don't like him. Like the whole Floyd/JMM is a true catch weight where Cotto/PAC is not?:huh Both are "true" catch weight fights. Both are considered or should be considered WW bouts given the fact they are within the WW limit. Wether or not the title of Cotto should be up for grabs should be Cotto's decision since their is a stipulation on the WW weight requirement although it's only a pound difference from what he weighed in at in his fight with Josh.

Obviously Floyd cares who sells more otherwise he wouldn't make it a point of discussion in interviews whenever PAC's name comes up. I think as fans its desperation to defend their favoriate fighter for some reason when the fighters themselves don't need it. It's easy to see the reasons why these guys put up the numbers they do and it's not just b/c of their popularity. It has to do with the right promotion, who they are fighting, at what career stage they are and in this particular debate, the state of the economy at which these fights happened.
