Adamek vs. Golota in Poland October 24th!

Andrew is big, he's strong, but too much for Adamek ? I don't think so. Maybe people forgot that AG can still box, but Adamek and Gmitruk for sure will take Andrew fight seriously.

 

When Adamek puts his punches together, Golota won't be able to see where they're coming from. He will be flustered and will get punches rained on him.

 

i hate everything about this fight.

 

From a money standpoint, I can see why this fight should happen but I'm not thrilled about seeing two of my favorite fighters go at it in a fight that means very little in terms of world rankings or title implications.

Excellent! We are planning a mini vacation on Oct 30th weekend & that wouldn't have been any good. Now hopefully, I can see this fight. Even though I DON'T want to see this fight...know what I mean?

 

Definately, I'm worried that this fight can make everything worse, but ready to rumble.

 

I reckon this fight will be target practise for Adamek. I expect to see combos that will have Golota flustered.

Hopefully Adamek makes good money, as he's a warrior who deserves it. Beating a mediocre nutcase like Golota will probably get Adamek more headlines than beating a top level boxer like Cunningham. Perhaps this will make him more famous in America as well.

If not, perhaps there will be a market for Adamek vs domestic opponents: Wlodarczyk, in particular.

How big will the crowd be, I wonder? Will the fight attract a massive TV audience?

The crowd will be as big as the hall capacity is. The TV audience depends on the advertising of the fight. I suppose, it may be about 10-15 mln people in Poland watchin it.

 

So one-armed Golota gets to fight again, huh? I'm thinking this is a big mistake. The guy is already gonna have plenty of brain damage from his previous fights, now THIS? Adamek will make him look really stupid in front of his fellow countrymen. Bad idea altogether.

This ****ing fight stinks and i hate EVERYTHING about it.

 

At first I hated it also but the more I think about it it's not so bad. If Adamek wins (decisively) he can fight any top heavyweight. If Golota wins he can fight any top heavyweight. If Adamek loses he goes back to cruiser. If Golota loses (depending how badly) it could mean retirement.
