I'm a night owl so I prefer to do my roadwork at night. Plus it gets too damn humid here to run during the day, feels as if your breathing while sitting in a jacuzzi with the amount of moisture in the air. I usually like to eat something light, preferably an apple and some sort of fruit juice (not from concentrate!That's not real juice!) before anything physical that I'm going to do. I think of my body like a furnace, in order to work and keep the fire stoked it needs wood to burn.
