Looks like John Ruiz is up to his magic tricks again. The manager for Valuev says Ruiz is making it hell again with his lawyers and quite possibly the fight between Valuev and Haye could be cancelled. Valuev's manager says that he is not happy that the WBA has not made a decision yet to sanction the fight between his fighter and Haye. Here we go again! :patsch:lol:

ruiz is a straight cockroach. i remember about 6 months to a year ago when ruiz wanted to quiet all the people bitching about his high ranking and trying to force the valuev fight so he said he'd risk his ranking by fighting any of the 'contender's who challenged him. several fighters such as kevin johnson challenged him and ruiz had little to say.

So, this Haye character wants to retire by the time he's 30? Is he even going to get a FIGHT by that time?

Just when I thought I couldn't hate Ruiz and the sanctioning bodies any more.

What exactly has Ruiz done to earn yet another title shot? Was it one of the high-profile victories he's posted since his second defeat to Valuev? Maybe it was the thrilling nature of his valiant efforts in defeat against Niko?

This would easily be the most anticipated trilogy since ... well, Ruiz-Holyfield I suppose.

I'm going to watch Ruiz-Tua again to make myself feel better.

Ruiz can beat Valuev if that fight happens, 3 time's the charm may be lucky for him if that fight happens.
But Ruiz's style is now fan-friendly, it wasn't when he was HW champion, but he definitely has some good skills and good power. If Ruiz KO's David Haye expect a big  from a lot of ESB.
Of Course Haye has the speed to blitz Ruiz and beat Valuev by decision.

How is this **** allowed to get in the way of this fight? He's not even fought since losing to Valuev. This scumbag has been hanging onto that title since they stripped it from Lennox Lewis. I really hope someone puts a career ender on this chump soon. He won't be missed.

I can't stand Ruiz, and nobody who enjoys boxing wants to see Ruiz-Valuev III - but to be very honest, Ruiz deserves a title-shot more than Haye does at this point.

During the past five years, Ruiz faced Valuev twice, in Germany, and both fights could've gone either way. Ruiz should have got the nod in at least one of these two fights. Plus he had another very close fight with Chagaev, again in Germany. He won against Jameel McCline and brutally stopped Otis Tisdale. Haye has only faced Monte Barrett and some journeyman at HW.
