true... the year is too early, there still lots of big fights this fall. PBF vs JMM Pac vs Cotto Klit vs Arreola (?) :huh super six tour. (?) :huh Williams vs Palvik Haye vs Valuev (?) :huh
So Far hard to pick from Marquez vs Diaz or Dunne vs Cordoba, nothing else quite lived up to these two fights so far this year but Pac vs Cotto could very well surpass them!
Dunne-Cordoba for me, great fight with an amazing atmosphere, even if the commentators were shockingly bad.
Jimmy Magee and Dave "Boy" Mcauley, not the most subjective of commentaries I've ever heard and a good few howlers in that fight as well!
There was one point where Cordoba went down, the referee waved his arms to rule it a slip, and the commentators went, "The ref's waving it off! It's all over!"
How dare you dave boy mcauley is a legend of a commentator...however that has alot to do with his badness
Right now number 1 for me is Marquez-Diaz that fight was awesome and there wasn't a dull moment in that fight. Number 2 I would go with Pascal-Diacanu. That was a great fight as well and a great atmosphere. Number 3 Froch-Taylor, I would go with Maidana-Ortiz, but just the way Ortiz quit like that put a sour taste in everybody's mouth. Froch-Taylor didn't. (unless your a Taylor fan) Tons of great fights though left in this year, including, Urango-Bailey tonight. I wouldn't be surprised if we start talking about this as FOTY.
