Doesnt show the entire first round, but highlights the two knockdowns. Then it skips to Golota getting knocked down and that's where I turn it off. :-(

But that jab-jab, straight right hand that put Grant on his ass was truly beautiful. Maybe one of the best combination knock downs I''ve seen from a heavyweight. Golota sure was great back then. I just wish he was a better finisher.

That's ok, he has nearly two months to train. I want to see him down to around 242 or so. If he could get down to 237 that would be fantastic but I dont see that happening.

I guess Andrew will weigh in somehwere around 240, same weight from a decade ago.

The highest I remember Golota fighting was around 248 I think, and that was against Jeremy 'Norman' Bates after a long lay off. I agree with you, I see Golota coming in around his usual 240, give or take.

Weight never seems to be a problem for him. Trouble with Andrew is his left arm, loss of speed, cold starts, and he doesn't shift like he used to. He's a bit too straight up and flat footed it seems.

That was it, Hoax! Geeez, what a display of destructiveness! And I forgot all about the rake job Golota did to him with his glove laces!

    Geeeeeeeeeeeeezzz!!!:!:

I remember a couple years back there was talk about Bloodworth working with Golota again. Too bad it never happened. I wonder if Bloodworth is still bitter about Golota quiting against Grant. I remember he did an interview shortly after Golota decided to go with Al Certo (some move that was...) and the interviewer told Bloodworth that Golota had claimed the reason he quit against Grant was because Bloodworth kept telling Golota he was losing the fight over and over. Bloodworth denied ever saying that to Golota during the fight and said that's a load of bull****.

Actually the first time I felt a sense of joy FINALLY seeing a belt around Golota was the McBride fight. Then he won yet another plastic generic title belt against Mollo in his next fight. Golota was on his way to becoming the undisputed international continental heavyweight champion of the world!

If Adamek batters Golota to a pulp, will you guys be ready then to stick a fork in him?

    Honest question.

I didnt like the way that sounded. His left shoulder was already permanently messed up from the car accident. Was he saying that it's even more messed up than before??
