Help get silva out of his zuffa contract, and you'll see a lot of great fights.

Do me a favor: stop thinking big fights can only happen with a stupid zuffa trademark printed on the canvas. YOu guys need to start caring more about the fights, less about the silly logos.

 

frank fought like a fool, a macho attempt to beat le at his game. he tried few takedowns and it was obvious he was getting killed and still didn't try to change his gameplan.

silva wouldn't make a mistake like that, IF he started to lose the striking game.

still I love that le-shamrock fight, brutal beatdown.

 

Cung Le had/has potential........but it's over for him now.

I don't see Le coming to the UFC and beating Rich Franklin........let alone Anderson Silva.

Hell,....I see GSP runnin right through this guy. Couple that with the fact that Cung doesn't want to fight anymore anyway.

 

Who has Cung ever beat in MMA or sanshou that was good, it took 3 rounds of his amazing kicks to stop terrible 170 fighters Sam Morgan and Tony Fryklund.

 

Cung is an actor not a fighter. Until he starts fighting actual prime fighters, instead of has beens and Asian bums from third world countries who use to pull a rickshaw all over china.

And for those special ppl who think Silva wouldn't hurt this chino.

ko's are also about damaging the opponent. to say he doesn't ko someone because he's patient is kind of dubious.

basically le made his name on beating people in a style they were'nt used to or weren't very good to begin with, parlaying that fame into a few fed opponents in mma, then beating a faded name who fought his kind of fight where shamrock didn't have the skills to compete effectively.

What the hell are you talking about? Anderson is a counter fighter. Before the Griffin fight he was getting to much bad press about not wanting to take chances. That's why he beat Griffin's ass the way he did. He was pissed off. For you to say Anderson is not a patient fighter is outrageously ridiculous. You must have him confused with Wanderlei.
