LOL what makes Pac have a better chance then undefeated P4P KO artist at the time Chico. PBF was the under dog in that fight. Who is going to test him. Magocheato is not elite he has a couple good wins Clottey and Cotto, Mosely and Cotto both ducked PBF stop it. Williams was not a factor or big enough at the time stop it.
