boxing routine for women?

    please post some good routines for women beginners

    The rules are the same for the women so I don't see any reason that the work outs should be any different than what the men do.

    most women beginers wouldnt be able to do a normal mens routine...too vigorus. im just trying to add variety to the workout, feel free to post any beginner level drills, routines, circuits, etc. thanks

    Most beginers would probably have to follow the same begining work out; unless they're already in good shape. There's really no reason why in training at least women can't do the same work as men, they do it all the time at my gym.

    Bull.
    If they can't do it then they need to go get in shape and come back or pick a different sport.

    I use the exact same workout routine with my female student as my men, only thing I do different is either increase or decrease is the amount reps or by slightly decreasing the intensity of the workout according to the students current strengths and weaknesses.
    I've had some women before that where doing a harder workout then few of the men. It all depends what kind of shape your in.

    Conditioning is conditioning. Gender doesn't come into it, the issue is fitness level.
