A couple years back, after Oscar outboxed Mosley at 154 on the back foot, I would've said Mayweather easily outpoints him. But Shane has been looking alot more like his old self since going back to 147 and this matchup looks pretty interesting now. Shane is still very quick, has longer reach and may be the strongest fighter Floyd has ever fought. This is definately a live one. No mismatch at all.

i just dont understand why everyone gives a fighter credit for a fight he never wins. i understand teh fight analysis and why you think floyd can outbox margarito, but lets not assume that he cant or wont get caught.

If roy jones never fought tarver, we would be saying that that tarver would get outboxed as well. Every fighter has there chance. And we can have our favorites as per boxing odds, but the outcome should always be determined in the RING!

lol @ mayweather might not go for the knockout against mosely but the flat footed mosley has always shown trouble with good boxers in the past.. even collazo gave him fits... cotto easily outboxed mosley with a good jab.. for first 8 rounds... but once again anyone that has hand speed and throws hard shots can beat mayweather according to you guys lol

If it ever happen it would not just be better it would be a beautiful and masterful ownage. seriously who would outboxe or outsmart floyd. And so far as the lucky punch or lucky combination goes it dont exist with floyd.

fraud will duck Mosley, just like he did during the interview last night.

we all know fraud only handpicks safe older slower opponents who pose minimal threat. Mosley is extremely dangerous right now and fraud knows it.

If it happens, Floyd wins. The problem everyone is going to have when fighting Mayweather is whether they can lay a glove on him. He's too damn elusive.

It is nowhere near a mismatch. I can see why Mayweather would be favourite but that doesn't mean anything, how many times have we seen an underdog suprise us? Mayweather at welter in all honesty is still a relatively unknown quantity as he carefully picked his opposition at that weight. Judah is the best Floyd has fought at welter and Judah was coming off a loss and has only won 3 of his 6 fights since, losing each time he's fought anyone decent, so that victory means little.

If Mayweather ever actually steps up and fights a top welter like Mosely it wouldn't suprise me if he lost. But he would understandly be favourite to beat anyone at this moment in time.

If you think throwing 2 punches at a time max & jumping out the way makes you a master boxer then you need to find another sport dude

True. I have been saying this since Mosley LACKLUSTER performance vs. Mayorga.
