floyd is a professional fighter. he has had the luxury of handpicking every single opponent from day one. he has carefully steered clear or outright ducked Casamayor, Tsayu, Margarito, Freitas, Cotto, Mosley, Vivian Harris.

It's a silly myth for the ignorant that all professional fighters never have any fear of another fighter. Spinks-Tyson, Burns-Johnson, Patterson-Liston, floyd-Margarito, Joe Gatti-Terry Norris are just a few examples.

floyd is showing all the signs of fear of Shane Mosley. Over the next few weeks he will affirm it by coming up with various excuses and reasons to duck Mosley and the Pacquiao-Cotto winner. Bank on it. Floyd don't take risks.

Damn for real i really dont understand while people hate floyd so much..so many haters for real..i can put myself in your shoes about disliking a fighter fellaz cuz i dont like joe calzaghe that much...but u muh fuc*as take ur hate for floyd to the extreme..the man is the best fighter in the world when it comes to boxing..say he is a runner and all that but when it comes down to it he can box, his fights sell, and he is a pro fighter who isn't scared of ne other fighter...

@ fowler26 mosley wants to fight now- what is the problem?

shane does not call the shots, when he was the top dog he side step floyd- whatever the reason, the tooth, vacation or oscar.....noone is entitled to anything, the simple fact that the hardcore fans want Mosley/Mayweather, but the world wants Pacquiao/Mayweather.
Big difference. Make no mistake, if Pacquiao does what many feels he can do come Novermber 14th against Cotto, there is only one to make. That would be Pacquiao and Mayweather.
For Mosley, and Goldenboy Promotions, that may not bode to well. What's worst is that a Cotto victory would delete them from the equation as well, because Cotto defeated Mosley, which makes him the man to beat between the two when it all boils down.
So, in the end, the question that Goldenboy and Mosley sparked has already been met with an answer. It's either Pacquiao, or Cotto. And even though Mosley would arguably account for himself better than either, he has now effectively made himself the odd man out.

shane needs to focus on one fight at a time. that moment with them and kellerman was staged to drum up support for shane as floyds next opponent as opposed to cotto or pacquiao. floyd was in on it as review of the tape will show you floyd waving for shane to step forward. an invite.
floyd must fight the winner of pac vs cotto. cotto beat mosely.can't believe people falling for that staged after fight bollox. mosely hadda been wearing platform shoes he looked nine feet tall. he's listed at 5'9 an inch taller than mayweather. when mosely faught cotto 5'7 he didn't look too much taller than him. and maybe that's in part because he lost. but seriously , check that fight again. cotto hardly had to deal with a size difference with mosely. if anything mosely had to deal with cotto being big. now this kellerman interview happens where it was obviously meant to show mosely has size. and y'all eating it like candy. do me a favor, let fights in the ring dictate. not interviews. *
