who wins this fight ? something i notcied after LAst night it's NOt pressure , Speed or, Power that can BEat Floyd it's Timing out of the few shots that JMM landed i noticed that the right hand timed PBF good A couple of times. Now granted it wasn't totaly efective but the fact is PBF speed at WW seemed to get better since his Lay off and even made Jmm seem look slushish in comparrison. I take a look at Tyszu a master of Timing and Distance and see a great possibily for one of the greatest Chess matches play out in an edge of your seat suspensefull event. A prime Active Tyszu was a very good judge of distacne and had great timing. i see a fighter of this Mold Being PBF'S greates Challange. Not a speedster with power i.e, Pacman,Mosely or a volume puncher like Paul Williams or a stalker or pressure fighter like Cotto, or Margo( who doesn't even deserve to mentioned in the WW picture ****ing Cheating *******). i feel a fighter with these atributes with the one Punch powe that Tyszu held in that right hand is the type of fighter that has the best chance to beat a 100 % PBF. the only trouble im having is finding a fighter with those attributes in the weight range of 140-154.

Mayweather would do to Zoo what Judah did in the first round but for all 12 rounds instead. In and out, outspeeding, giving angles, landing lead rights. Zoo had great power but not enough to take Floyd out unless he landed PERFECTLY. This wouldn't happen. The fight should have, and would have, occured if Hatton hadn't ruined things but a loss for Zoo anyway

yeah right. you seems to be thinking of the non thinking KT that was in love with his right hand when he fught Phillips. that KT yes but the one that obliterated Judah, Mitchell and smashed up leijah , JCC would put them to sleep as well

i Have to disagree if it was that easy JUdah would of lasted longer the 2 rounds. PBF also would not use that same game plan as he is not as reckless as judah is and also would not show the disrespect for Tyszu's power like Judah showed. he would Take a more tactical appraoch which would actually enhance's Tyszu chances of timing him . You make sound like PBF would just go in there and rely on his speed . you would actually see a more mesured aproach like you saw last night against a fighter with good timing , not the great offensive display you saw whenb he outclassed Gatti. althoguh Tyszu wasn't the superb Counter puncher JMM is he was better at judging distance ,timing, more power and much bigger.

well as you can see i back PBF for the win but i think a fighter with those atrributes in their prime and a natural 147 lber would be abale to beat PBF . i feel Tyszu would have a good chance cuz not only was his jab good but it was also his range fider at the same time it's what he judgesd his distance with. unlike other fighters who use theri jabs as range finder and just lay it out ther or flick it out his had something behind it and he used it alot to upset the speed and rhythm of fighters. but i got to go with PBF as i feel he would find a way to get the win over KT

your points about zoo are well taken. i underestimated his speed early on because his hands weren't incredibly fast but the more i watched him the more i realized he was compensating with brilliant timing and distancing. the 2nd round of judah was brilliant as he took a short step back and was timing the move the entire round; he was walking judah into the sledgehammer. mayweather would win but as you said, if he lets the pace slow down it's buying right into zoo, who COULD wear him down with well placed counters; they wouldn't all be clean but they would do damage.

point on KT had trouble with fighters who smother him and apply pressure which is why JLC was bitting at the bits to get a fight with him (but he ended up being TKo'd by Corrales) it's a great clash of styles between pbf and KT

Mayweather wins atleast 7 times out of ten I think... BUT...

I was actually thinking something similar last night when watching the fight. Mayweather can be timed with a good straight right and a good looping right when in tight. Marquez would have landed it more if it werent' for the fact his whole arm was the size of Mayweathers forearm. He couldn't reach over him at all and Tszyu is just as small so I doubt it will make much difference.

But Tszyu is one of the most likely to catch Mayweather imo. Marquez could do nothing at all - he was powerless and totally ineffective because you can't pressure PBF, especially when your punches can't reach him ffs. Tszyu would stalk and get caught a bit but I think he would offer way more than many fighters Mayweather could come up against.

Also - totally tired of people using Judah winning round one to suggest Tszyu can't handle speed... Judah did win the round with some effective shots. How far did that get him though?

In reality it should be said Tszyu took ONE round to figure Judah out completely. The Second round was owned by Tszyu because though he was at a speed disadvantage, Tszyu negated it with in 1 round. Tszyu makes mince meat of fast, defensive & flashy fighters who have a low lead. You just can't leave your head unprotected against Tszyu cuz he will catch you.

Tszyu to me is the right fighter to beat Mayweather.

Precision, patience, ring intelligence, under-rated boxer, one punch knock-out power and a great chin. His best punch wasn't the straight right (that was the finisher) but at his prime it was the hook off the jab, not to mention brutal body punching went he went there.

His career as a whole lacks a big-name win and he suffered from several sub-par performances (in my opinion due to his own ego more than the opponents).

But it's Tszyu at his best that demands respect. His destruction of Gonzales (who had come off fighting De La Hoya and said Tszyu hit much harder), Rodriguez, Judah, Mitchell, Hurtado ... beating better, prime versions of these fighters more decisively than most others shows how dangerous he could be when fully focused.

Mayweather is the type of fighter Tszyu loved to fight.

Wish we'd seen it. Would have been brilliant.

PBF vs Tszyu is the one fight and the only fight that i wish day in and day out us fans got to see.

    Some ask why.

    Most should know why.

Because Tszyu wasnt like most he put fear in Most when he landed his first true Power Punch something that PBF has never faced.

Yes people should know that they didn't fight because mayweather was a HBO fighter while Tyszu was a showtime fighter. But most don't, the only time a showtime fighter fought a Hbo fighter was Lewis vs. Tyson.
