:adminfor crying outloud, this is the brutall spport of boxing, not "dancing with the stars", or "american idol"... some people are taking it out of proportion... BTW, it's called publicity as well, what better forum than that PPV event to do it?? I wouldn't be surprised if it was staged and Mayweather already knew it would happen (not saying that's the case for sure). If u didn't like this I wouldn't suggest 4 u to watch some promotional tours (Mayorga, Hopkins, Tyson, among a lot others!) .
This article is ****ing pathetic This guy should write for Mills and Boon, he's good at dramatic prose :yep
Well if the subsequent result is a Floyd-Mosley superfight, I'm all for it The only guy I felt sorry for that night was Marquez...To see him have to ask for an post fight interview was a sad spectacle .No fighter of his caliber should have to do that. Shame on HBO for that
Haha... imagine Shane taking the Mayorga approach. He looked uncomfortable enough doing what he did in the ring.
Good to see you still haven't learnt to play with the other children who don't like the same games as you Nice way to avoid answering any of my points too. Is that you in your avatar?
I think that considering the way that Mayweather acts, that he shouldn't be pissing and moaning about Mosley calling him out publicly. If he is really pissed about it, then he should step up and fight an actual welter. Yes, Mosley could have conducted himself a bit better, but let's face it, how many times have you said the same thing about Mayweather. If I have to see him throwing dollar bills into a camera again I think I will puke.
BigReg creates a thread called 'Another good article about Mosley's classless actions" which indicates he agrees with the article and that Mosley's actions were classless. He then posts said article full of hyperbole that completely blows the event out of all proportion, at the same time completely ignoring the fact that: 1. Boxers calling each other out after a fight is a common occurence 2. PBF's track record for trashtalking and disrespecting his peers and opponents He then accuses anyone not supporting his view of not sticking to the subject. Okay BigReg, rather than being a coward and hiding behind another man's words and sneakily stating your opinion by saying it is a 'good' article on Shane's 'classless' actions, why don't you man up and come out with exactly what you believe and what subject you want to discuss in your thread?
If you really pay attention, the best way to call Floyd out is to call him out during the post-fight interview after a huge victory. After the Margarito fight, Shane should have called him out the proper way, just like Hatton, Marquez and Oscar. You have to leave him with no choice but to fight you. Put millions of $$$$ on a hook and reel him in, not storm in on his interview after not fighting for a while. Floyd isn't the only fighter without class. Just my opinion.
It's very easy to see FatReg's transparent agenda in this thread. Hey Fatty, you should have titled you thread "Only people who agree with me and want to slag Shane Mosley off for being disrespectful should post in this thread" because that's essentially what you want. whenever you are confronted with an opposing view it's the usual running away rubbish from you :yep
Mosley has unfinished business with Cotto that he needa take care of..HOPEFULLY FLOYD FIGHT THE WINNER OF THE PAC/COTTO FIGHT AND MOSLEY TAKES THE LOSER AND THAN THE 2 WINNERS OF THOSE 2 FIGHT....JUSS A THOUGHT...
You never made any points, you spineless wonder. All you did was post an anti-Mosley article and implied agreement with it with your thread title. You prolly think you're clever, thinking you're starting up a heated debate, but then you run at the first sign of opposition So what's the point?
Floyd is a great fighter and I'm not a hater, but Floyd did call Shane over, Floyd also avoided Max Kellermans questions about his size and weight advantages, then dissrespected Kellerman when he took the microphone from him. Shane may have dissed Mayweather but Floyd needs to grow a set and fight an actual Welterweight and I hope Shane continues to slander Floyd until Mayweather signs a match to fight him.
