    Great News.

Lets see if Furys learned anything...and if he does win it comfortably he should get massive credit. Will still be rooting for Big John though :yep

this will be a nice addition to friday fight night in December.

Fury will of had 3 more fights by the time they get into the ring on the Dunne card, I reckon he will be on the Froch undercard and then probably a november fight before this in December.

also if Maloney wins the bid he will have Price on the card who will be in at least his 4th fight by then building up a nice rivalry.

Terry o'connor was let off after his explanation to the board of control and deemed to carry on as a referee

i think big john done as well as he could have in the first fight tyson will have learned a lot from that fight i can see tyson winning by a clear decision or maybe even a mid to late rounds stoppage

    I agree.

I'm glad a rematch is happening (and soon), McDermott deserves it.

And Fury should win cleanly this time. He'll certainly have plenty of footage to review on what NOT to do.

Glad we are getting a rematch. The first fight was entertaining but it would be nice to see if Fury can throw an hurtful punch.

There is every chance that Fury might just say **** it and dump the bauble, especially if bigger fights appear on the horizon.

mcdermott was always going to be the acid test for fury and he can learn a lot from fighting big john than fighting some tomato who's just showed up for the check.

well done for gettin the rematch ordered!

who thinks mcdermott vs rogan could be a good bust up in future?

Got to agree there. Was talking to some of my non-boxing mates who had taken great pleasure in watching FFN and texted me all the results (as they knew I was at a gig and wanted to watch it after) and one casually mentioned, there was this one fight with 2 fat ****ers fighting each other. It was a bit embarassing letting him know that this was top of the bill and the state of the heavyweight scene these days.

Good move by the Board. They were never going to be able (or willing) to over turn the result.

No i don't think so. Can't go round changing the results of every fight we disagree the scoring of. The rematch order is the only real option the board had.

I agree, overturning the result was never a realistic possibility and I'm glad the board didn't venture into that minefield.
