I wasn't acutally talking about free gargle I was talking about passes to the O2 bar. Just seemed to me that most of the lads on here seem experts at turning up at after parties and the like!

ha good man ric. I remember him alright. He's a bit of a spacer. He spent a lot of time explaining that the fight wasn't in the 'western hemisphere'

ya it will be a pity and its surprising with the show that was put on last time and the way the fight went i thought it would sell no prob withalot of bandwagon jumpers coming on board , all the 50 and 60 euro tix are gone so who knows it mights just get there

I'd say the place would be much different if it isn't full. I certainly don't expect 3,500 empty seats though.

There is nowhere enough publicity for this fight, also leaving only a few weeks to sell the tickets does not help.

Also I am pretty sure that peters is going to take a bath in this fight. and I'm not so sure thats a good thing, seeing as he is our biggest and best promoter, we dont want him getting too discouraged from putting on shows.

im surprised the fight is not selling well...that article in the paper that said only 5500 tickets has been sold could be bullshiting:good

you need to have fought an 8 rounder to fight for an irish title and thats why this is a non title fight

they will rematch i november for the irish title regardless of who wins

I think part of the problem is that casual fans now think that Dunne will win all his fights and defend his title in the Point indefinitely. I don't think people realise how rare a thing a world title fight in Dublin is
