    It depends how you consider nationalities. His parents are from Mexico, so he's undoubetdly absorbed some of the Mexican culture. However, Arreola was born in the States and has never held a Mexican citizenship. And please don't mention "blood" or genetics because neither corralates with someone's specific country or in this case his parent's country. I would consider him a Mexican-American and I would put more weight on the American portion since he's born there and has learn to box in the States.

    yeah you guys are right i should have been a little more careful with my wording. i guess you could say he is of mexican descent although technically he's not even mexican american.

    he definitly likes american fastfood and from what i have seen he has the mexican heart... so he is mexican-american. a little bit of both and a little bit of nothing, mixed between two cultures
