The comments aren't unfair...take a table spoon of concrete powder. Kirby stood up on the stage for all to see and gave it his best shot which deserves respect. The commenst here are lamenting his strategy and his need to prepare better for the tough battles on his way up in the game. If not for his career then definately for his health and longevity. If getting a new strategy which will improve his ability to fight and get hit less means getting a trainer with more angles nows the time to do it. If Micks brother is a great motivator than he needs to be in Mick's corner for sure.
i really thought mick was ready but you dont need a motivator when your getting out boxed you need a strategy
Kirby definately needed a plan B when he must of realised early that rushing up on Sol wasn't working. Even doubling up the jab & throwing a rigth behind it would have been better than walking up & taking huge punishment aka Joe Frazier like, to get his punches off. But I'm not going to bag him. He has a world class chin & heart. Didn't look as fit as I've seen him before either. But a tough fight for any heavy on the Oz scene. I hope he's alright from his war with Haumono. By the way definately the best I've seen Sol fight ever!
cant see him doing to much in the sport? he alredy won op tittler stopped briggs beat mason challenged homono distance with leapi and is still a novice! and you no his name he has already made a mark in the sport wait till he can settle down
