Team Cotto is not doing themselves any favors with these comments.

Cotto's trainer will be fired after Cotto gets beat up in this fight.

Both teams have participated in their fare share of trash talking. I can't knock them tough, creating a rivalry is difficult when both men are known for their great sportsmanship.

This makes me laugh. Everyone seems to take Clottey for a *****. He would stretch Pac's ass across the middle of the canvas, much like Cotto is about to do.

Pac definetely has a bigger frame than Marquez; which is why he has a better chance in this fight. But I dont care what anyone says, Pac is not a natural welter like Cotto. The big difference will be Pac feeling the power of a true welter and how he absorbs it.

oh i agree with ya that cotto is the naturally bigger man. no doubt about that. but from the pics i see, pac looks pretty solid at that weight. i guess i'm comparing him to marquez who looked like he had a little padding for his mayweather fight. pac looks pretty solid.

If Cottos scar tissue opens again! Its gonna be long night. I heard he was sparring with a eye patch, to work on fighting with one eye. I guess he plans on getting cut.

Lol...is that true? I remember watching the clottey fight before the cut occurred and Cotto seemed to move well and blocked plent of Josh's attacks "even the uppercut" he used angles and countered with speed and accurracy. After the cut he stopped using angles and became a defensive mover and counter puncher. To his credit he boxed well enough to edge a decision but he allowed josh to much room to operate. Fact: I hear the iron boy has been a huge part of camp I wonder if that will make an impact?

Pacquiao isn't a feather weight just like Cotto isn't a Jr. Welter.

BTW, early in Cotto's career, he was thought to settle in as a light weight. Should we now view him as a bloated 135 lber?

and rjj's first fight was at jmw...(and he won a golden gloves at jww)

people get older, metabolism slows (even if only fractionally), harder to make lighter weight, easier to put on muscle. its pretty simple. pac seems to be a rock at this weight unlike some who need to stay at a lower weight and can't carry strength and speed when they move up.

Pac is going to drop to one of Cotto's freakish hooks... its going to be ugly.
Cotto has dealt with speed... ZAB JUDAH tried outspeeding him. He slows people, he has too much slowing and stopping power. Cotto will diminish Pac. Mark my words :)
