Arreola's best chance is cuts or other injury

Arreola is a good volume puncher. I can see him cutting Vitali, more likely than knocking him down. Vitali has lost twice:

Once by injury, which could probably happen any time, and has even happened in training. It's most likely when he pushes himself hardest, as he will do in the fight more than in training.

The other time on cuts, which Arreola should have a good chance at provoking, especially with the amount of punches he throws, and with being fairly tall, at 6'4".

If Arreola wins, I think it would be via one of these routes.

I'm very disappointed after weight-in results and photos. Arreola's fat and soft, no muscles.
Yes, he can win only for cuts or injury, or with a lucky sunday punch.

He could try punching Vitali's shoulder. Or stepping on his feet, hoping he twists his ankle or knee.

I agree it's his best chance, unless he fights really awesome and Vitali grows old over night. VK is the ultimate heavyweight.

The only way to beat VitKlit so far is by injury. That has been proven twice.

I don't think Arreola can win by cuts. To do that. he'd have to get in some good punches. Arreola sucks too much for that to happen.

Lennox Lewis cut Vitali, but Lennox Lewis busted up just about everyone. He had long arms and a HUGE punch. Just because Lennox Lewis was able to do damage to Vitali's face does not mean that Vitali has some sort of paper thin skin. Has anyone beside Lewis cause massive facial damage on Vitali? This idea that Vitlai is just waiting to be be beaten on a cut is mere wishful thinking.

An injury is more likely. Only because the dude is 38. As you go up in age, the body is less bendy and elastic.
