Just read on fighthype, Devon has gone on record saying he'd like for his first title defense to be against Juan Manuel Marquez. That would be interesting. I can't say I know too much about Devon, the only fight I've seen of him was the Junior Witter bout and I hate that the fact that that is the only knowledge I have of him as a fighter, being Witter is so annoyingly akward. I don't know, what do you guys think about it? I definitely don't think Devon is by anymeans the class of the division, just happened to scoop up a vacant belt. Again I don't know too much about him but this would be a good stage for me to learn something, I'm all for it:good

Marquez would beat Khan after getting adjusted to his size and handspeed. im very confdent of that, but i dont like his chances against bradley. alexander i'm unsure of at the moment.

I dont rate Devon Alexander from what I've seen (or the light welterweight division at all for that matter.

    Marquez would probably beat Alexander.

Alexander is a good fighter he beat a Witter who was past his best and didn't come to fight. The guy has good skills and would test JMM.

I think Alexander would win this. Too fresh and has great focus. I think JMM is better off at 135. Have him fight guzman, valero, or katsidis.

I am a JMM fan if he's not fighting Pacman but I'm afraid that he's maxed out at lightweight. He should try to unite the 135 belts which I have no doubt he can and improve his legacy as the greatest Mexican fighter next to if not equal to JCC!
