w/Hopkins prob being the favorite.

At min this fight is 10 years too late. Besides at this point does it even matter who wins??? Both guys are shells of what they use to be. I think that it will still be entertaining, and I cant wait to fight media week of this fight:good

 

This would be a disaster of a fight. Both are way too old for this to mean anything so **** it why bother.

 

Hops destroys no one ..He ca out box but desyroys is a stretch ..Hopkins is def the favorite ..I just hope a decent version of Roy shows up ..I am going with Jones just because he's the under dog why not root for him ..

 

Jones is a shell of what he used to be. And last time I checked Hopkins is old, but still an elite level fighter. That's why this fight is no good for Roy's health and well being. :-(

 

I say entertaining because at Roy's age, he will be forced to exchange more than usual.
(& I am a fan of the Tarver & Johnson fight's...)

 

I'd like this fight to happen just for the sake of it happening...historical reasons, or whatnot, but can you imagine how incredibly boring this fight would be? Two guys who don't like being hit fighting each other? Two old counter-punchers...I remember a quote from Larry Merchant during a fight..."They're not doing a lot to keep us awake, here."
