It seems to me that fighters who are strong and have a good jab are the worst for Shane. Not that he'd find life very easy against a top class slickster though. Wiky Wright wasn't the 'slickest' at that stage of his career, he had a basic but great defense, and just pumped a strong as hell jab whenever he knew the opening was available. Forrest pumped the jab and put a prime Mosley on the backfoot. The Cotto fight was very very close.

Mosley would beat Quintana by going to the body. At this stage of his career, with the clear decline in speed, Molsey would likely not fair well against a good slickster.

How can you not be a fan of Mosley hope he gets the big fights he is after. He's right about not having to fights guys but doing it to prove you're the best, he was offered a career high payday fro a third fight with Oscar but choose to fight Winkiy cause he deserved it. Winky has mentioned he holds Mosley in high regard becuase he gave him his opportunity when nobody else would.
Mosley is one of my favorite fighters of all time. I think the Mosley that showed up against Margarito would beat every other top welter outside of Williams and Floyd. I think Mosley/Mayweather should be made, and I think Mosley has an OK chance of winning that fight, but Mayweather should be the favorite. I hope Mosley gets a few more quality wins under his belt to cement his legacy. At his age, even beating Berto would be an accomplishment. I'm also pretty sure he would decisively beat Clottey.
