You wanna silence the PBF fans!

Ask them if PBF has the guts what PAC and JMM already did in the PAST.
GO UP weight levels UP and FACE paul Williams!

Incidentally, fighting PW will require pBF to move ONE level higher! Fighting PAUL Williams is a ****ING risk for PBF to do!

he does not have the balls like JMM and PAC!:rofl:lol:

that bull**** ring, ranking him that high (#2 p4p spot) after cheating and winning over the much smaller, older and slower jmm is one of the reasons he's ignoring those tough challenges..:blood

he doesn't belong in the top 10 after that missmatch fight, that doesn't prove anything imho..

    More:
"When the people who should know choose to praise a boxer for not meeting real challenges it somehow encourages one to pick safe opponents, to not make the weight limit intentionally, to not even discuss it in post fight interviews, and to demand eight-figure paydays while doing so.

What Mosley did crashing the post fight interview may have been lacking in class, but at least he did something. Unlike some of the sportswriters, who not only didn't call it for what it really was, they have practically condoned Floyd's cherrypicking ways for the foreseeable future."

His "tune-up" bout was against the # 2 Pound For Pound fighter in the World.
Floyd jumped from 147 to fight De La Hoya at 154 =7Lbs
Juan Manuel Marquez went from 135 to meet floyd at 144
Juan came in at 142 (against Floyd)
Floyd came in at 148 (against De La Hoya)
Both came in under weight, both fought bigger guys yet one beat the bigger guy.
Just call it like it is.

You mean underweight for the 144 contracted weight ? What was Floyd's weight then against Marquez?

I stopped at 'Juan Manuel Marquez was by far the best fighter on Mayweather's résumé'.

Pound for pound ranking, I guess he was the highest ranked foe for Mayweather's list of opponents.

He was dead on about Floyd. :good

Who was PBF's last fight that pose any real danger? JMM, Zab, ODLH

He should have fought the best in his division. He will get my respect if he fights, Mosley, Cotto, Clotey or Marcheato... this will be more of an even fight and not the deck stack against his opponent.

Its his first fight back. The author should hold off judgement til we see what happens next. No one gave Marquez a chance, and if anyone is "skipping over" the weight difference then they clearly know ****

He needs to maximize his earnings now that he's not getting any younger. We can expect him to avoid more dangerous fighters to preserve his winning record and marketability.
