    Sounds fair...I actually think Mayweather would make more because of the ppv revenue.

    As i recall floyd turned down 8.3 million earlier this year to fight shane...didnt floyd rake in more than 12 million for this fight with jmm..so how could floyd make more when the contract presented to him after the tony-ssm fight wasn't as much as the contract presented to him for the jmm fight??

    It is easy why. Floyd Mayweather now has more leverage then ever against HBO, and Golden Boy when it comes to Guaranteed money. When the number 1 million came in this week, it changed the whole conversation when it comes to 'Money' and Floyd Mayweather. He has entered Oscar De La Hoya territory.

    pacquio mayweather will do more as is pound for pound vs title plus the fact he is pac man is a god over there - they wouls pay $$$ to watch him go to toilet

    24/7 would attract more interest and be more of interest to casual fan as mosely is much older and they could only do ageing warrior thing theme

    Nobody will disagree with that. Mayweather-Pacquiao is the Biggest Fight the Sport. There is more money in that Fight overall. But how will it split.

    But Mayweather can get a bigger portion on the pot against Mosley. And it is still a mega fight. Just look at the Ring Ratings..Mayweather #2 P4P, Mosley#3 P4P. Mosley the Number 1 Welterweight and Mayweather number 2. Over the last decade you can count on your hand when the top 5 pound guys actually fought each other. If Mayweather can make 75% or 70% of the pot in the 2nd biggest fight in the sport. I think he will make as much money.

    Yes. I think this is the best thing that happens. It doesn't matter what happened and who ducked who. They are two of the best three active welterweights with Cotto tied up with Manny. PLEASE make this fight happen.
