    that is a promotional bullsh!t

    btw, i do not give much premium on belts when discussing elite fighters.

    i use the ring or even yahoo. it is because the rating are done by the panel of mostly writers from different websites

    still, im very much sure that pacquiao is the #1 WW by the end of the year
