Cris Arreola's post-fight interview was the most touching boxing moment in recent memories, and no doubts about it... he will be back.

Cristobal is an always honest, cool, humorous (and damn exciting) dude who just got his ass handed to him, emotinally broke down and all bloodied, and he's giving the coolest, most emotional and heart-breaking interview you'll ever get in a sport of too many fake performers and performances. People often support the best because they don't like losing and it's easier to root for the winner, but guess what, Arreola didn't lose a single (in fact, gained a lot of new) fans with his courageous performance, doing more than any Klitschko opponent could in recent memories.

This post-fight interview (which will stay in some idiots mind as crybaby gibberish), is one for the ages and hearts, and it'll be remembered as a part of a great journey starting from today.

He loves the sport, he wanted to win, and fought his heart out, that's no crybaby.

Arreola is a very positive person. He is fat and his footwork is terrible but I start liking him. He will improve and he may be dangerous (good chin and heart to fight).

The guy obviously has heart...I didn't think he had a chance in hell from the beginning, but I was rooting for him, and while I wasn't a huge fan of Arreola before the fight, the passion and no quit attitude he showed during the fight and in the post fight interviews made him catch my attention. Yes Chris...you will be back.

Like I've said in other threads, it's refreshing to see a guy who actually cares THAT much about losing. Wish most boxers were that passionate about this.

Man the one I got was more difficult to got, I got another broadcast with that Maxboxing guy doing the interview. Chris said something like "Guess the **** comments on the internet was true, I'm a fat mother ****er". Seriously the last time a post fight interview was painful to watch for me was Tyson/Lewis, this blows that away.

Looking forward to his come back and I hope his fans and people don't turn their backs on him. Mexicans support their guys all the way anyway but PLEASE don't give up on this one, he might have lost his first major shot but as proven fighters CAN come back.

I couldn't watch that **** yesterday and I can't watch it now, just too uncomfortable. He should have went straight to the locker room and compose himself first before any interviews. I can't stand to watch a man cry like that over a fight.

F this guy. Why do we want him to comeback-because he had heart? You also need to have talent. Another overhyped undertalented boxer that gives a wa wa interview and now everyone is a fan. Im a fan of boxing skills, not interviews. Get some skills and then Ill care. But all you have ever shown is your a one-hit wonder vs nobody's, and you dont even make the charts when youre in with the best.

Just keep in mind by about the same round this fight was stopped, Vitali gave his title away and quit against Byrd I would take heart over skill any day of the week, you can teach the game but you can not teach how to be a ****ing man

You got to be kidding yourself if you really think this is a legit comparsion. Vitali was risking a career ending injury in that fight. And heart over skills?? Is that why Vitali hasnt been able to accomplish much, because he has no heart but skills? How about heart AND skills? Not unheard of, not impossible to achieve. Arreola has the heart, just not the skills. He will never be able to compete against a well skilled boxer.
