    Not many Boxing fans gave Marco Antonio Barrera a chance going into his 2004 date with bitter rival Erik Morales. Whereas Morales had remained consistent even winning a title up at Super Featherweright, Barrera had recently been demolished by young Filipino sensation, Manny Pacquiao. What transpired was a great fight, fight of the year, and none of the fans who went out to Las Vegas to witness it in person left the arena disappointed. Great fight.

    Great fight, Barrera was a hell of a boxer, but would brawl it up with just about anybody.

    First fight was Top 5 one of the best fights I've ever seen.........and Barrera deserved the nod even though Morales won, but Morales deserved the victory in the second fight even though Barrera won, but Barrera dominated the rubber match.

    No way that was a draw Barrera clearly won it IMO, but Morales showed his greatness by beating Manny in his next fight.......and Pac hasn't lost (on scorecards) since.

    I gave Morales rds 2,4,7,8,11 & 12.
    I never scored an even rd.
    Watch those rds, its not a laughable offence.
    Barrera won the clearest rd of the fight, rd 6 but it wasnt a 10-8 rd so its still even.

    Ps. if anyone deserved the verdict it was Barrera probably but I genuinely scored it 114-114 on a rd by rd basis which is what the judges do to.

    Dissappointed in Morales in this fight, he took Mab lightly thinking it was easy pickings because of what Pac did to him. EM didnt really begin to fight until he realized he lost the 1st half of the fight, but it was too late.
