    Every title fight this year between a Pinoy and a Boricua was for a WBO belt. Coincidence or by design? Top Rank should take advantage of this and add another marketing angle to the Pacquiao-Cotto card, especially since Gorres-Morel is the last fight of the undercard.

    The WBO's headquarters are based out of puerto rico.....not suprised the wbo belt is involved most of the time....
