    Probably one of the weaker divisions in the 00's. That's why I'm going with Bernard Hopkins. Roy had the 90's.

    Im givin it to Johnson over RJJ coz

    1. RJJ lost 3 fights in row
    2. getting knocked out in two
    3. then got embarassed by Calzaghe
    4. and has not really beaten anyone of note at light heavy (except Tarver I), who then KO'd him anyway in the rematch
    5. He hasnt fought anyone of note since Johnson (in 04 i think), a fat Tito doesnt count
    6. Dawson beat RJJ conquerer Tarver twice
    7. He beat the guy who knocked RJJ out (Johnson) once
    8. And he's probably gonna beat him again before the decade's over
