Just read on another site that this fight is being discussed for the WBC convention on Nov. 8th in Jeju, Korea. If this goes down, I expect to see one of my favorite faded ring legends get totally destroyed by an equally faded fighter.
What's your take on this fight?
How do you see it going?

    I got Jirov by 4.

This is a MUCH better fight than Klitschko-Holyfield.

This is at heavyweight, I'd have to imagine?

Jirov is fighting Dominique Alexander at CW next.

I'd actually be pulling for VJ in this, and yes he's probably equally shot.

    That's correct

They're trying to pull him out of that fight as we speak.

    I'd have to pick Jirov.

Either Klitschko Vs. Holyfield would be a total mismatch.

Remember what Toney did to Holy. I think this fight might be a mismatch, due to Jirov's speed and do dare say......youth?

This is a coin toss to me - too many questions around Jirov to give him the nod automatically. But it's at least more interesting than Briggs vs. Can or Toney vs. Can.

If these shot guys want to do something, the least they can do is fight each other (can't knock 'Vander for fighting cans... of course, if you receive undeserved title shots, you may as well take them).

How Holyfield still gets the go-ahead from doctors is beyond me.

WTF? Battle of the totally shot? Jirov is the only guy who may be even more shot than Holy. I respect both these guys too much to want to see this.

Holy is in bad shape. Valouev took it easy on him because he looked to Holyfield, did not want to hurt him.

What kind of idiot "takes it easy" in a world level bout and almost loses hes title because of that?

    I hope this match happens.
It would be an entertaining fight.

I say that Jirov would take this with decision.
