Do you consider Pacquiao the best Junior Welterweight of the last 10 years also?

It's shocking to me that anyone would vote for John, or even Hamed. Hamed dominated for awhile, and then he got matched up against Barrera, who dominated him, and therefore Barrera is better than him. It's not like Marco came to 126lbs for three fights and went 2-0-1. He beat fringe contenders Tapia, Ayala, Kelley, Sanchez, and then beat the best two fighters in the divison, both undefeated, both P4P entrants.
