Has anyone seen this kid. George Comanche Boy Tahdooahnippah; Grady Brewer is working with him. He's 20-0-1 with 17 KO's. - [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-v0nT0oAWs&feature=related[/ame]
Yeah, just did. He looks sloppy. Only a matter of time before he get's clocked coming in like that I reckon... Most of these guys he's been fighting are bums it would seem. He's violent though, and I like that in a fighter...
I didn't wanna say it first. You never know, could be dude's brother or something. Anyhow, the clip shows him bullying forward, teeing off on soft opposition. If you want a better assessment, post an entire fight so we can look at his boxing ability, footwork, etc. From this vid, he looks like a toughman contestant, fighting on the res.
I wasn't that impressed by what I saw on You tube. I know Brandon Wooten lasted 6 rounds with him, but Wooten only lasted 3 rounds with Grady Brewer, and it was an ASS WHOOPIN'. The main reason I was interested at all is because of his connection to Brewer. I would love to see Grady try his hand at training. Right now he is just sparring with this kid and coaching him a bit part time.
He looks kinda terrible ... the record I think is a product of where and who he has been fighting. It would be cool to see a really legit native american world champ
Did you Boxrec him? He's 30 with no competition to speak of. Better step up the competition fast if that's his intention. But the video + competition doesn't speak too well. I echo your thoughts on Brewer, though - does seem like he'd make a good trainer.
20 and 0 and still fighting like that? Most of his punches are telegraphed so hopefully if Grady continues to work with him he can fix some of these major problems that he has.
Hey Booradley? I just read that Grady's fighting Winky Dec 11th in Puero Rico. What are your thoughts on that fight?
Bad idea for Brewer to do this. Grady is very comfortable at 154. I assume it would be at 160. Brewer does not belong anywhere north of 154, and this is, after all, Winky Wright.
Yeah, I doubt Grady's offensive arsenal is enough to trouble Wink. I forsee a wide UD in your typical Winky thriller.
