I couldnt fit all on the poll so other notable options are Wlad Klitschko, Vitali Klitschko, Juan Manuel Marquez, Ricky Hatton, Kostya Tsyzu, Diego Corrales, Luis Castillo etc - just click on other then type the name is the point and ill count them up and post full results next week

    Easily Floyd.

He was the guy to beat in 1999 when Pac was nobody
He is still the guy to beat in 2009.

Toss up between Pac and Floyd although leaning more toward Pac.

    of the DECADE.

Floyd in 1999 was P4P #2, second to RJJ
Pacquaio wasn't anywhere near the 10.
    Floyd in 2005 was P4P #1, Pac was #5.
    Floyd in 2009 just beat P4P #2 convincingly, should be P4P #1 in 2009.

Floyd hasn't lost at all this decade, Manny has.
Floyd has held more titles, beat the big opponents first (Hatton, De La Hoya) and decisively beat someone who Manny couldn't get past without some fixed judging (Marquez)

I'm a huge fan of Paq, but lets not be silly here.

Calzaghe doesn't even get a place on the poll? Pathetic, I'm out. :-(

pac is way smaller than floyd but beat oscar and hatton more impressively. also pac fought jmm and beat him at his optimal weight where he is not bloated. this is a talk about who is the better p4p fighter not who is the more skillfull fighter. if floyd had challenged himself and fought all the toughest welter of this generation, we could give him that but pac is doing now what floyd is suppose to be doing.
