Rocky would prevail, with Coetzee having some nice moments.

Ten rounds gives Coetzee a better chance, since his stamina wasn't very good and Rocky's is legendary.
The main difference between the two is that Coetzee often lacked confidence in himself, and Marciano had unwavering confidence in himself, and fights are often won and lost on intagibles such as this.
I think Coetzee would ring Marciano's bell on a few occasions though...but ultimately Rocky's swarming style would pose problems for Coetzee who needed space to get his shots off. I don't see Coetzee' jab being good enough to hold Marciano off, and he was not a great ring general either.
There would be some wild exchanges with both being hurt, but Coetzee for the most part would be fighting with his back off the ropes, and that is not where he's effective.

A stoppage is possible, but I'd go for Marciano on points. Over 15, he'd probably knock Coetzee out.

Coetzee is bigger fought the bigger opponents and is actually a heavyweight so he wins by knockout in no more than 5 rounds.

Marciano would shrug off and likely endure the best that Coetzee would throw..the possible scenario exists that Rocky might get caught off balance for a flash knockdown, as Gerrie did indeed have a powerful right hand, in the 1st or 2nd, but wouldn't be daunted too much by this and would warm up to the task of bombarding Gerrie anywhere he could land, forearms, elbows, anywhere, until the South African, who's confidence and resolve wasn't the best, began to crumble. A beatdown would ensue, somewhat ugly at times, but unrelenting until two knockdowns in the 9th would bring about a stoppage.
