    Who is the Best Active Boxer when it comes to Dictating the Pace of a boxing match?

    For me its Bernard Hopkins except in the Tarver fight.

    Wlad lately has controlled pace completely, it's why the fights have been boring, he controlled everything.

    Does Winky still count? I haven't heard anything from him in a while. But whoever he fought, it was always Winky's style of fight.
