Thank you ... Right on the temple ... he was knocked out as he was falling to the canvas .... great punch ...
he'll be back ... he's a two-time two division champion so i'm sure he'll get a title again. That didn't seem like a knockout that would effect him at all ... he can bounce back off that.
Ch the whole fight. He got hit again. He will undoubtedly bounce back but Im more interested in Salgado already. As you say hope he's not another Prescott.
Can't really tell **** about Salgado from that. Strange fight, Linares looked good before, so it's a strange KO.
It must have been a perfectly put punch but he still seems a lil shaky in the corner. I think his punch resistance was never fully tested up until now.
i thought when he got the count in the corner he was still tryin to clear his head and get his equilibrium back when salgado jumped on him and caught him by surprise meaning he ate two or three more good shots.
By surprise? If an opponent trying to finish off a weary opponent is a surprising element in boxing I must be watching the wrong sport. Linares had no plan B, not the mark f a 'potential great', you guys wouldn't make excuses for fighters you hate on.
The **** are you talking about a plan B when you're caught with a good punch? His equilibrium was out. You're right about the finish not being surprising, but you're lashing out. How can he put up a plan B, when no one's plan A had even come out?
