I seriously fear that may be the last image the Russian sees before his life ends. Someone must see sense and call this horrible mismatch off.

 

Just call him "Lord".

 

Although I haven't heard his paticular name said before the general way to pronounce that last name is:

Burr (sound you make when cold or thing that gets stuck in you)
zhuh (I'm having a hard time writing it phonemically, the best way I could think of saying it would be if you know how to say the name of the Zsa Zsa Gabor, imagine if her first name ended in a "uh")
Ron (like the man's name)
