I wouldn't put a whole lot on this vid , as anyone can see Hatton is way over the 147 mark in this vid no doubt his sparring session will look a lot different as he starts to get down in weight.
It way to early to judge him right now and the sparring session did not look to be all the serious.

Also if you watch half the time ricky isn't even trying to hit him he is just trying to improve his movement, if he wanted to he could have gone to that guys body alot and put him down, however it's sparing not a real fight which alot of you don't understand.

This footage is super old. It's for the Collazo fight if I'm not mistaking. If not Collazo then Urango.

How long until a "Hatton is ducking Gato Figueroa" thread pops up?

Yeah, we have yet to see how Ricky reacts to an elbow to the throat, which Floyd likes to do if he doesnt want someone to close to him.

It was before the Collazo fight. Hatton was way out of shape by the looks of it and he really didnt throw alot of punches.

Sparring can be very misleading-we know Hattons going to try to work off Floyds chest but just how much flak is he going to be able to take just getting so close to Floyd--the ref. is going to be a critical player in how long he allows the infighting to continue----Hattons dead if there are continual official breaks ..

Yes the footage shows Hatton towards the start of one of his recent camps, and he is facing a southpaw, but the problems with him dealing with slickness are evident. Hatton also tends to screw himself at times, when he throws the left hook with his opponent's back to the ropes, and steps to his left after, allowing Gato to circle out untouched. Can't do that with Floyd.
