frankly, im kinda disappointed he didn't.

 

Smoger let Pavlik BEAT on Miranda.

 

I am not too found of this choice, Smoger is old and cannot keep separating six footers away, not to mention the terribly late stoppage of Miranda and the mouth-piece incident, he may step in too soon now to make up for the Miranda-Pavlik still very fresh in his mind and stop the fight something like R. Steele in Tyson-Ruddock I... Furthermore, Smoger seemed almost reluctant to stop Quintana against Cotto in Boardwalk Hall and Larry Hazzard had to intervene...

Too old? Smoger is well known for getting in the ring to box to stay in shape. The man knows how to do his job.

 

The real question is who are the judges??
