I might actually have to drag my arse down to Aus land in 18 months or whatever it is to see one of the next Ashes tests actually. With a bit of luck we will have sorted our away and one day form out by then.

Have you seen Katsidis vs John Murray is being mooted at some point in the future Teke? Thats a nice little Aussie v Brit fight that I wouldnt mind seeing.

Is everyone looking forward to the Super 6? If Froch wins this weekend Froch v Kessler is gonna be pretty huge!

    read my lips.......

STEVE SMITH...... the next shane warne. hes 19yo, plays for the blues in the current 20 twenty series....as a batsman...lol.. hes also the best leg spin bowler since warnie!!!

he'll take more wickets against the poms than warnie. and hit a shitload more runs. the next aussie team to england will be more memorable than the one that made its name in the west indies...with mcgrath all those years ago.

we are about to go into another golden age of aussie cricket......:good

Im not optimistic for the next Ashes series in all honesty. Our away form has been god awful for years now. Pretty much ever since our glory years ended after the 2003 Ashes. Before then we had gone a long time without losing a series, and that included away series wins in South Africa and the Windies.

I dont know how good our guys are that are coming through too. Stuart Broad can hopefully kick on but I dont know if he has that aura of a prime Flintoff.

Being a New South Welshman he's guaranteed an Aussie cap!

Noticed Greg Mail made a double hundred in the NSW 2nd X1 the other day. That will probably catapult him into the Aussie side ahead of Hodgie, even if Hodge makes a tripple ton at senior level!

No blue cap. No baggy green cap!

Hope the kid Smith turns out as good as you think he'll be Sally.

there is a reason hodgie aint in the aus team and its not for the fact the guy doesnt score runs, apparently he is not very well liked amongst the australia team and that is one of the reasons...
