I just don't think he will react well... Oscar De La Hoya could not land, because he could not pull the trigger and he was weight drainned. Ricky Hatton did land alittle bit, and Pacman looked abit ****ed. He will crumble against Cotto.. It won't even be a close fight... Game..set..and match.
It will take Cotto some time to figure out Pac's speed. But once he does, and tags him with the first clean power punch, Pac will know he is in for some pain!:scaredas:
I think Pac cleans Cotto's clock before Cotto can connect with anything worth mentioning. Just a hunch I have.
I agree tottaly with what you are saying, I also think pac's speed is the problem for Cotto but I don't see it taking so long for Cotto to work him because he's such a great fighter himself who can start fast. One thing I do think is that it's about time Cotto got his chance because he has always taken on the toughest challangers like Clottley and Margarito who would never have gotton a big fight otherwise.
To me pac has to back Cotto up at some point and I just dont think he has the physical strength to do that. I also dont think he can fight effectively going backwards for twelve roumds.
The big question in this fight is will Pacquiao be able to stick to the game-plan for twelve rounds or will her get overexcited/wild and open himself up to getting hit.
Pac has a few weaknesses...he is not the best counter-puncher and he doesnt like when his opponent steps forward and punches...which Marquez proved in parts of both fights.
