I'm sorry but Felix Trinidad = one the most overrated fighters in recent history.

Tito was exciting and for a so called one dimentional fighter he sure won a lot of fights. He beat Oscar. People complain about the decision, but Oscar punked up in the championship rounds. The judges looked distainfully at that. Tito ruined Reid and Vargas. He beat Campas and Oba Carr when they were young, undefeated fighters who were highly regarded. He destroyed Mayorga when no one had accomplished anything close to it. He caused Hopkins to fight the fight of his career. He dominated Whitaker and I don't care how old Pea was, the way Tito beat him took greatness. Some demension!

i dont see how people say that tito "ruined" vargas.

vargas was very young for an established pro fighter when he fought tito and his fight with oscar was electric to watch.

why cant people just say that vargas was a stepping stone fighter to the big boys?

    because thats what he was.

ive always been a big fan of vargas.

Tito was definitley a great fighter who would fight anyone and deserves more respect from this thread starter. Tito like all fighters has his flaws in which he could be outboxed by future HOF pure boxers(Jones, hopkins, wright) no shame in losing to those. Notice how none of the three elected to trade blows with Tito because they knew better. Tito fought with honor and pride and would often get up off the canvas to KO his oppent. I need not mention all the good fighters he did beat because if you know your boxing these are things you already know. Calling Tito overrated is almost as stupid as the Haye KO's Tyson Within 4 post.

Weren't you owned on another thread already. You have proved, at least to those that have read the garbage that you post, that your boxing IQ and perspective is not one to be taken seriously so why don't you go troll on another forum.

Trinidad was a seriously gifted offensive fighter who only has losses to great fighters. Hard to fault a guy for that.
