Fighters that have been truly KTFO more then once, and then came back to dominate...

    Im thinking of Taylor here.... and how hes taken a bit of punishment, and has truly been KTFO twice, and been in some taxing scraps.... and ive been trying to think of other fighters that have been stopped like that, and then come back to dominate his division and go on to beat other elite fighters, and didnt experiance a complete downswing to their career.

    I know there are some its right now i cant think of any :patsch Help please....

    I think Hearns is the best example listed so far.... thank you. I dont know why i couldnt think of any, and i hope your right about jermain. Thats why i brought this up cuz i was thinking about it and was like, damn... has anyone really rose back to the top after taking some bad knockouts.

    heres to hoping that sunday i can bump this up and say Taylor lol.

    Danny "Little Red" Lopez was supposed to be shot to **** at one time, but more or less came roaring back out of nowhere, beat a string of decent fighters, won the WBC featherweight title, and ruled there for 4 years.

    Interestingly enough it was a TKO win over an undefeated, but over rated, knock out artist that put Danny back on the map.

    lewis was stopped on one punch.... not really beaten down by a barrage of punches like Taylors been.... technically he was ktfo but i think a one punch knockout like that isnt as bad as getting totally beat down like taylor was with Pavlik and Froch, taking punch after punch to the dome then crumbling. But indeed he does count.... but i can see it easier coming back from one punch ko's like that.

    Not truely KTFO out but Barrera was destroyed by Junior Jones and especially in the 1st Pacquiao fight it was 100 percent confirmed he was shot. Few months later hes beating the **** out of Paulie Ayala and Erik Morales.
